Quick Take: The DoorDash Local Business Relief Fund is offering grants of $5,000 to $15,000 to help small businesses recover from disasters. Applications are open now through January 5, 2026.

When disaster strikes, small businesses often bear the brunt—especially those rooted in local communities. That’s why DoorDash and Hello Alice have teamed up to launch the DoorDash Local Business Relief Fund, a grant program designed to help small businesses bounce back stronger than ever.
Whether it’s a flood, fire, or infrastructure failure, recovery takes resources. This fund offers grants ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 to help cover essential expenses like rent, utilities, payroll, inventory, and equipment replacement.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, businesses must:
Be independently owned and operate a brick-and-mortar location
Be located in the U.S., D.C., or Puerto Rico
Have fewer than 50 employees per location
Generate less than $3 million in annual revenue per location
Have experienced a loss in revenue due to a declared disaster within the past 12 months
Be a restaurant, flower shop, liquor store, convenience store, pet store, or grocery store
Why It Matters
DoorDash has already awarded nearly $10 million to small businesses through previous rounds of this program. The latest expansion includes more types of local businesses—because recovery isn’t just about reopening doors, it’s about restoring livelihoods and community connections.
